The Double Ninth Festival arrives again, and Buyang Group’s condolence activity for the elderly kicks off as scheduled. On the morning of October 17, Buyang Group visited the West Street Elderly Association of Yongkang City, presenting Arawana cooking oil to nearly a thousand seniors from West Street Village, Xiyuan Village, Demaotang Village, Lingzhang Village and Yaojialong Village, and extending festive greetings to the elders.
At the event site, barrels of Arawana cooking oil were neatly arranged. Staff members of Buyang Group, together with personnel from the West Street Elderly Association, handed out the cooking oil to the elderly one by one. “Happy Double Ninth Festival! Wish you good health, sir!” “Here is your oil, madam. Please take care on your way home!” Warm greetings filled the whole scene. For seniors of advanced age or with limited mobility, the staff took the initiative to help carry the oil to their vehicles for easy transport. The elders collected gifts in order with smiles on their faces, nodding to express thanks from time to time.
This condolence campaign covers West Street Village, Xiyuan Village, Demaotang Village, Lingzhang Village and Yaojialong Village, benefiting nearly one thousand elderly people. The barrels of Arawana oil are not expensive gifts, yet they carry Buyang Group’s respect for seniors and care for villagers in surrounding communities.
A person in charge of the West Street Elderly Association commented that Buyang Group always remembers the elderly every Double Ninth Festival. The gifts are practical, and what matters more is the perseverance over the years. “As a leading enterprise rooted in Yongkang, Buyang always keeps us in mind on this festival, which is truly heart-warming.” An elderly recipient smiled after receiving the oil and said: “Buyang staff come to visit us every year. We feel delighted and know we are not forgotten.”
Buyang Group has kept carrying out such activities for nearly 20 years. The form of condolences may be simple, yet the annual commitment makes this respect for the elderly profoundly meaningful. To the seniors, the daily necessities delivered represent long-lasting care. To the enterprise, it embodies responsibility and gratitude.
Respecting and caring for the elderly is a traditional virtue of society and an indispensable social responsibility for enterprises. As a local enterprise rooted in Yongkang, Buyang Group always adheres to the philosophy of “From society, for society”. Through year-on-year persistence, it hopes to bring tangible warmth to seniors and foster a stronger social atmosphere of respecting the elderly.
One barrel of oil carries sincere affection. Years of persistence deliver lasting warmth.
